The Bridgemont Park Investment Fund is a $12M fund that welcomes investors to invest in value-added self-storage facilities and apartment buildings throughout the United States.
Over the next five years Bridgemont Park will acquire a portfolio of well-vetted investment opportunities through the purchase of existing facilities that can benefit from improvments and expansion.
Self-storage and apartment buildings have proven to be resilient asset classes throughout economic cycles, including the pandemic, allowing investors to diversify and earn consistent returns.
We look for under-performing assets with the opportunity to increase cashflow through expansion. As the naming sponsor of this fund we are demonstrating our confidence and commitment by contibuting the funds first $250,000.

OUR STORY
Bridgemont Park Holdings is a real estate investment firm owned by African American twin sisters, Charmaine and Scherilyn. Established in 2019, the company has acquired, designed, and managed a portfolio of rental properties in New Jersey and South Carolina.
The sisters were born on December 4th in Kingston, Jamaica to Al and Dorothy Binns. In the 1970s, like many others, they moved to the United States to pursue higher education and establish a better life for themselves and their family.
With their experience in acquiring, designing, and managing rental properties, Charmaine and Scherilyn have gained a unique perspective on real estate. They understand that successful projects require a combination of factors, such as location, design, safety, tenant mix, and management quality.
Today, the sisters lead a team of realtors, architects, and designers in acquiring apartment buildings and self-storage facilities. Their ultimate goal is to manage each project from start to finish, providing housing and storage solutions in underserved markets while ensuring that all investors receive the maximum value for their investment.

$25K Minimum Class A Limited Partners receive a prefered return of 7%. 12-16% Cash-on-cash returns, 5-6% Monthly cash flow
